Sharjah24: His Excellency Salah Salem Al Mahmoud, Director General of the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA), congratulated His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi for his appointment as Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Oil Council.
He said: "The Emiri Decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, appointing His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the Oil Council in the emirate, is one of the historical decrees that we have all received happily, pleasure and pride.
He continued, "The character chosen by our ruler to be his deputy is a character loved by the people of Sharjah and respected for his morals, humility, poise, wisdom, experience, love, and devotion to his country.
