Sharjah 24: Colonel Sami Al Naqbi, Director General of Sharjah Civil Defence, confirmed that Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, has prominent roles in many areas that have contributed to achieving successes for the Emirate of Sharjah, and UAE, raising its name high in regional and international forums.

The Director General of Sharjah Civil Defence, stated that in his name and on behalf of all officers, non-commissioned officers and civilians, they extend highest congratulations and blessings to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi on the occasion of the precious trust bestowed by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, by appointing him as Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Petroleum Council, wishing him more success, and asking God Almighty to guide him towards the country's development.
