The Council organised the ceremony after taking all necessary precautions and by inviting all high school graduates for the academic year 2020/2021 to encourage them to continue their university education.
The ceremony was attended by Saif Obaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of Al Hamriyah Suburb Council, and Humaid Ali bin Khalaf Al Ali, Vice Chairman of the Council, as well as a number of the Council members and employees.
Al Shamsi praised the UAE leadership for prioritising education in all plans and programmes, including the national vision for the coming period.
In the same context, Al Shamsi praised the attention and care of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, given to citizens in the various schools of Sharjah, and providing them with support to strive and excel.
Al Shamsi welcomed the outstanding students from Al Hamriyah Region, commended their efforts and encouraged them to choose the appropriate university and complete their education.
