Sharjah 24: Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) will start, in August, a series of prorgrammes and webinars targeting Sharjah government employees, which include all job grades, from all cities and regions of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
SDHR will conduct 28 remote training programmes using Microsoft Teams. Programmes include innovation-based government, project planning and management strategies, shaping the future and building smart scenarios, the manager of 2030, protocol of communicating with officials, skills of the future leader, operational planning, development of executive plans, filing and developing work reports, effective communication skills for leadership, evaluating skills and performance, promoting innovation in the work environment, managing financial risks and auditing, turning innovative ideas into executive plans, communication and making success, managing change and creating corporate identity, brainstorming and its role in solving problems, tools for institutional development, preparing marketing plans, integrated programme for preparing new customer service employees, Emirati standards for customer service, art of dealing with pressure for managers of senior leadership offices, influential speaker skills, successful leadership decision-making, developing the mental and innovative abilities of people of determination, big data analysis using Python, enhancing public relations in modern institutions, measuring results from the impact of training.
Electronic programmes are implemented within the framework of SDHR plans to provide opportunities to develop skills through e-learning, in an effort to create government competencies that keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.
SDHR publishes training programmes periodically on social media platforms, aiming at enabling employees to select courses that suit their professional and personal needs.
