He confirmed that the interaction of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah with many of the council's decisions gives strength and impetus to the council's role in considering citizens' issues and achieving the higher interests of the emirate.
In an exclusive statement to "Sharjah 24", Al Suwaidi thanked Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), for the Sharjah Executive Council’s cooperative role with the SCC, to achieve many of the interests of citizens in the emirate, as well as the role of the departments’ interaction with the suggestions and complaints submitted to the SEC in this regard.
He pointed out that the Council, during its second session, discussed a number of laws and recommendations, adding that most of these recommendations were approved by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah.
