Sharjah24: As part of its commitment to supporting and encouraging young talents, a delegation from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) recently visited the "We are the imprints" exhibition showcasing the work of the Emirati designer Jawaher Al Khayyal, an affiliate member of the "Tijarah 101" Center of the SCCI.
The exhibition is being hosted and organized by the 1971 – Design Space working under the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq”.

Headed by His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman, SCCI, the delegation included Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, Executive Director of Operations at the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq”, and Saud Al Hajri, Head of Public Relations and Social Responsibility, SCCI, where they toured the exhibition, which is dealing with the science of physiognomy and invites and motivates visitors to discover and ask broader questions about physiognomy through a spatial experience.

Creative idea

During his tour, Abdullah Sultan Al Owais met with the Emirati designer Jawaher Al Khayyal and praised her unique creations and the creative ideas of her designs that mimic and revive Arab heritage in an innovative and contemporary way.

Stressing the SCCI's keenness to provide all forms of support and care for the Emirati designer Al Khayyal, Al Owais said: "The SCCI is committed to embracing the young Emirati talents, supporting and encouraging entrepreneurs, and providing all the facilities and logistical service that pave the way for them to establish successful investments, through the "Tijarah 101" Center and other relevant programs and initiatives."

The SCCI Chairman further added that the Chamber pays special attention to supporting entrepreneurial projects via an integrated system of all its sectors, in order to create an appropriate environment and climate and tackle all the challenges that may obstruct the success of such types of projects.
