Sharjah 24: As part of a comprehensive plan to develop customer service centres in a way that allows transactions to be completed quickly and efficiently, the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) opened a customer happiness centre in Al Rahmaniya, built to the highest standards to facilitate subscribers' services.
“The authority continues to implement development projects for customer happiness centres in accordance with a number of standards and innovative measures, providing distinguished services for the elderly and people with determination”, according to Hamed Taher Al Haj, Director of Customer Happiness Department.
According to him, “SEWA also aims to establish an effective system that responds to consumer demands and ensures that transactions are completed within minutes.”
Hussein Askar, Deputy Director of the Customer Happiness Department, indicated that customers could apply for the services provided by the new centre online, on the authority's website.
