Sharjah 24: The first phase of Sharjah-based developer Alef Group's mixed-use community Al Mamsha has been completed, and the residential units and retail stores in the project are set to be handed over in June.

The fist phase of Al Mamsha, which will be delivered in stages, include seven buildings with 693 residential units and 41 shops, all of which will be equipped with the highest international quality standards, the finest and best amenities.

 

Alef Group Managing Director, Issa Ataya said, "We are pleased to announce that we will begin the gradual delivery of the first phase of "Al Mamsha," the project that realizes the vision of the group's founder, the late Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qassimi, which is to provide a distinctive lifestyle while preserving Sharjah's rich heritage and legacy in the fields of culture, education, and architecture."
