Sharjah 24 - Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) team won the governmental institutions football championship for governmental bodies, which is organised by the Sharjah Government Employees Club in cooperation with the Al-Thiqah Club for the Disabled and under the supervision of the Sharjah Sports Council, after winning the final match of the tournament against the Department of Planning and Survey team with 3 goals, against two goals.
Both the match and the award ceremony for were attended by His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR), Brigadier Abdul Malik Jani, Vice President of the Sharjah Sports Council and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Football for Gyms, and Counselor Hamid Ali Alabbar, member of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates (MFNCA), Vice President of the Sharjah Government Employees Club.
His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) confirmed that the success achieved by the championship is the fruit of cooperation between both the Sharjah Government Employees Club in cooperation with the Al-Thiqah Club for the Disabled, realising the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, towards strengthening the cooperation between all governmental institutions in Sharjah.
