Sharjah24: Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH) in Dibba Al Hisn, recently organised two virtual lectures, with the aim of shedding light on heritage, which is an important part of the identity of human societies, and a link between the past and the present, as it contains many elements and components that are directly related to people's lives, customs and traditions.

His Excellency Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, said: “We are continuing in our knowledge journey by organising virtual lectures for all heritage lovers, specialists, interested people and children, as such lectures that witness a remarkable vital interaction constitute an increase for all knowledge and heritage lovers.
He pointed out that the two lectures witnessed a distinguished turnout and remarkable vital interaction by the participants, and questions were asked to the children, which met with great interaction from them. Dr. Al Musallam expressed his thanks and appreciation to the researchers, lecturers and participants, and to all the institute's teams that work for the sake of preserving the heritage, and transmitting it for generations.
The efforts of the SIH to introduce the Emirati heritage, which is one of the most important addresses and features of the national identity and privacy, and to preserve, and transmit it for generations, through the various activities carried out by the Institute throughout the year.
