Sharjah24: The Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), in cooperation with the Sharjah Public Works Department, completed the development work and general maintenance of the Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club as part of the Council’s plans for the continuous development of facilities and club buildings in the emirate, which is reflected in the great capabilities of the emirate.
Where the work in the club included replacing the ground of the first team stadium with natural grass, carrying out general maintenance work for the administrative building, the library and the council, as well as replacing the wooden floor of the main hall and working on the internal and external maintenance of the platform with the comprehensive maintenance of the gymnasium and internal insulation works.
The delegation of the Council and the Public Works Department of the club were briefed recently on all the work in the presence of His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the club, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah.
His Excellency bin Huwaiden praised the great interest of the Sharjah Sports Council and the Department of Public Works and the results of the club’s business, which expresses the great support that the clubs enjoy and the provision of capabilities that contribute to enhancing their position as representatives of the emirate in addition to raising the level of sports equipment.
