Sharjah24: With the visions and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Wadi Al Helo has enjoyed remarkable developmental dynamics recently.
Salem Khamis Al Mazrouei, the son of the region’s governor, said in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the work movement is proceeding in full swing as work is being done on many important projects.

The new Kalba Road
He explained that after the opening of the Kalba-Wadi Al Helo road recently, the journey between the city and the region now takes a few minutes, adding that work on both sides of the road is continuing and in full swing.

he considered that the road project serves the construction movement and urban expansion in the region, in addition to starting work on some tourism projects parallel to it, including the resting of the Al Hiyar Dam, artificial lakes, Jabal Kitab rest, and other environmental recreational projects such as the hanging gardens.

30 new homes
Al Mazrouei revealed that the Sharjah Housing Department has recently completed a housing complex that includes 30 homes, which are the strength of the popular "Al Muhtadi 2", which was handed over to the beneficiaries of the people.

He emphasised that the new housing brought joy and pleasure to the souls of the beneficiaries, especially the youth, as they are among the pillars and basic requirements of life to build a stable and secure family.

Service facilities
Salem Khamis Al Mazrouei confirmed that the region has for years been full of integrated service facilities such as schools and kindergartens, a police and civil defense point, a girls' club, a library, and other government institutions.

Al Mazrouei praised the efforts of Wadi Al-Helo Health Center in facing the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, and working to provide means of prevention for the people, as it provides medical examination services and vaccination with the "Covid-19" vaccine.
