Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Directorate (SRERD), confirmed that the real estate sector in the Emirate has witnessed great development and continuous growth.
Such success comes due to the directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, along with the Real Estate Excellence Award, which aims to support and motivate the distinguished in the sector.
His Excellency indicated that SRERD celebrated the winners of the Real Estate Excellence Award, with the participation of entities operating within the real estate sector in the Emirate.
In statements to "Sharjah 24", His Excellency said that the real estate sector in the Emirate has witnessed great development and continuous growth due to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Sharjah Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler, and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), to create a home for real estate investment.
Al Shamsi pointed out SRERD’s constant keenness to build close relations with the real estate community in the Emirate, due to their great and effective role in revitalising the real estate market and opening new horizons for it.
Al Shamsi stressed that the award aims to stimulate the real estate market in the Emirate, raise the level of competition between companies and institutions operating in such a vital sector of the UAE's economy, and eliminate real estate violations and reduce them as much as possible.
