Sharjah24: With the participation of 10 bodies from the public and private sectors, Khorfakkan municipality, on Wednesday at the Oceanic Hotel, launched the activities of the first edition of the food exhibition.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chief of the Sharjah Ruler's Office in Khorfakkan, in the presence of Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, officials and representatives of government departments.
Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi toured the exhibition hall, which includes 10 pavilions for several companies in the fields of food and its products.
The exhibition includes several workshops and educational seminars focused on the best and latest food and health practices, and the most advanced standards of control in the food sector.
