Sharjah24 - AFP: Moroccan authorities said on Wednesday night that the kingdom's parliamentary election saw a turnout of 38 percent -- the lowest figure in almost two decades.
Nearly 16 million people had registered to elect 395 members of the House of Representatives, which will pave the way for forming a new government.
