Held in conjunction with Emirati Women’s Day, the workshop aimed to strengthen communication skills among Shurooq’s female employees and prepare them for future leadership roles.

Speaking to “Sharjah24”, Al Zarouni said the workshop covered understanding leadership personalities, identifying strengths and applying them effectively in leadership roles, managing difficult conversations, and developing other essential skills.

She emphasised Shurooq’s commitment to investing in women’s professional development, fostering a supportive work environment and highlighting their role within the organisation.

Al Zarouni concluded by expressing her appreciation to the participating entities and to everyone who contributed to organising the workshop.
