Sharjah 24: Sharjah TV presents its audience with a new television programme titled "From the Youth," a youth-focused dialogue platform that highlights the experiences of young people in Sharjah. The programme showcases their skills, achievements, and the knowledge and expertise they have gained through their participation in programmes and workshops offered by various governmental and educational entities in the emirate.

Highlighting young people's experiences and achievements

The programme is produced in partnership and coordination with Sharjah Youth Centres, allowing viewers to learn about their activities and programmes, including workshops and initiatives that contribute to developing young people's skills and refining their abilities. In a unique approach, the programme features a group of young people affiliated with these centres, making this media product truly by and for young people. The programme, which airs every Sunday at 1:30 PM and is produced by Nouf Al-Murshidi and directed by Saeed Al-Raisi, features a group of young people in each episode. They discuss their experiences, share their stories, showcase the skills they have developed and the achievements they have attained, as well as the key lessons they learned from the training programmes and workshops they participated in. This reflects the impact of these experiences on shaping their personalities and refining their abilities.

Giving youth a platform to share their stories

Dr Mona Abdul Aziz Al-Radmi, Director of Programmes at Sharjah TV, emphasised that the "From the Youth" program gives viewers the opportunity to discover promising young talents, learn about their stories and experiences, and draw inspiration from their passion, ambition, and determination to develop and succeed.

Dr Al-Radmi added: "Sharjah Broadcasting Authority places great importance on this segment of society. The programme places young people at the heart of the scene, giving them a platform to tell their own stories and share their experiences and future aspirations in a media experience that listens to their voices and provides them with a genuine space to express themselves."
