His Excellency added: “Archaeological evidence and our understanding of the communities that once lived on this land reveal that women have always played an integral role in shaping society and contributing to its many activities and practices throughout history. Just as she does today, the Emirati woman has always been a partner in work, in meeting challenges, and in developing the methods and tools needed across every field.”

“At the Sharjah Archaeology Authority, our reading of the historical evidence reminds us that the pioneering role Emirati women play today is a natural continuation of a deeply rooted legacy of dedication and solidarity. Their contribution was evident in the achievements of the past, continues to enrich the present under the unwavering support of our wise leadership, and promises a future of even greater progress and achievement. The Emirati woman remains a pillar of stability and a builder of generations, and will always stand as a unique model of balancing authenticity with an enduring commitment to building the future.”
