The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council; Mohammed Obaid Al Hossan, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Sports Council; and Bakhit Al Qurs, Chairman of the Programme’s Organising Committee.

Representing Al Bataeh Club were Ali Ali bin Rashid Al Ketbi, Secretary-General, and Abdullah Sultan bin Salouma Al Ketbi, Board Member and Chairman of the Cultural and Community Committee, who received the Overall Excellence Shield on behalf of the club.

The achievement reflects the collective efforts of the club’s management, organising committee and team, as well as the diverse programmes and activities held during this year’s summer, which provided participants with a distinctive experience and helped achieve the programme’s objectives.

Al Bataeh Cultural and Sports Club said the honour will motivate it to continue delivering quality programmes that serve the community and enhance sports, cultural and community activities, in line with the Sharjah Sports Council’s vision of supporting purposeful initiatives and nurturing young people.
