Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al Atwan, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence, further stated that a hostile drone also targeted an offshore drilling platform belonging to the Kuwait Oil Company within Kuwait's territorial waters. The drone strike resulted in material damage and injured one worker, who is currently receiving necessary medical treatment.

The spokesperson added that the relevant authorities immediately initiated all necessary defensive and investigative measures to address the incidents, working in close coordination with the concerned parties.
