Huda Hassan Al Yasi, Director of the Financial System Department at the Sharjah Finance Department, stated that the meeting held with Mashreq Bank highlighted qualitative achievements, as the department was one of the leading entities in implementing global wallets, and one of the first entities to apply the lowest bank rates to government transactions.

Al Yasi added, during her statements to “Sharjah 24”, that the meeting focused on coming up with a strategic plan that ensures the implementation of modern digital solutions in digital payment, hence raising the customer satisfaction meter in the Sharjah government, in addition to developing supportive regulatory solutions for government entities benefiting from these systems.
