Sharjah Ladies Club empowers women through confidence workshop

Sharjah24: As part of its ongoing commitment to empowering women and supporting their wellbeing, Sharjah Ladies Club organised a workshop titled “Empowerment Wellness: Building Unshakeable Self-Confidence” on Thursday, 13 November 2025, at Collage Talent Centre. The session was presented by Dr Areej Khatabeh, an expert in relationship management for businesswomen.

Building inner strength and overcoming doubt

The session inspired women to reconnect with their inner strength and discover their true potential. Through reflective discussions, participants explored the power of their inner voice, learnt strategies to overcome self-doubt, and gained insights to grow personally and professionally.

Developing awareness and key life skills

The workshop also encouraged women to build greater self-awareness, nurture a positive mindset, and develop strong communication and decision-making skills. Engaging, interactive exercises created a space for open dialogue, where participants exchanged perspectives and drew inspiration from one another’s real-life experiences.

Sharjah Ladies Club: A hub for women in the UAE

Sharjah Ladies Club and its branches were established under the vision of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of Sharjah Family and Community Council, to serve as a leading hub for women’s empowerment in the UAE.
