Dibba Al Hisn Club organises visit to SIBF

Sharjah24: As part of its efforts to strengthen the cultural and intellectual awareness of its staff, coaches, and administrators, Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organised a field trip to the Sharjah International Book Fair. The visit aimed to explore the exhibition’s pavilions, meet authors and publishers, and learn about the latest literary and scientific releases.

Celebrating creativity and intellectual engagement

The initiative reflects the club’s commitment to supporting creative thought, promoting reading and knowledge among its members, and reinforcing its cultural role alongside its sporting and community mission.

During the visit, a book-signing ceremony was held for several club members. Dr Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, signed his book “Achieving Quality and Excellence: From Idea to Accomplishment – Leadership Experiences’.

Other works launched included “The Effectiveness of Institutional Governance in Achieving Quality of Work Life” by Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, and “Eastern Thoughts” by Mohammed Rashid Rashoud Al Hammoudi, member of the Cultural Committee. The event drew strong interest from fair visitors and cultural enthusiasts“.
