Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24,"Professor Dr Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, explained that this award recognises Sheikha Hoor's significant role and reflects ALECSO's commitment to supporting her future endeavours in serving Arab culture, preserving identity, and disseminating the Arabic language in countries such as Somalia, Djibouti, and the Comoros.

Ould Amar concluded by emphasising that this title is exclusively granted to Arab figures who demonstrate outstanding excellence in their service to Arab culture.
