Under the theme “A World in Two: Take Your Major to a New Dimension”, the exhibition facilitated direct interaction between prospective students and university representatives. It also offered a series of engaging workshops on academic planning, personal development, and cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of education.
Commenting on the exhibition’s success, Eiman Bushulaibi, Director of Sharjah Public Libraries, expressed pride in the enthusiasm shown by students.
"I feel immense pride seeing so many ambitious students gathered here to explore their academic and professional horizons. Witnessing their enthusiasm and passion for discovering the right fields and shaping their futures gives us a deep sense of accomplishment and purpose at Sharjah Public Libraries," she said.
She further emphasised the event’s value in empowering youth with the tools needed to make thoughtful academic decisions:

The final day of the exhibition featured a series of interactive workshops designed to equip students with essential strategies for academic planning, professional development, and future readiness.
In a session titled “Plan, Act, Achieve”, trainer Ahteera Litha introduced attendees to the SMART framework—a practical tool for setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals. The workshop helped students clarify their academic and career objectives, encouraging a proactive and structured approach to future planning.
Dr Fawaz Habbal, Director-General and Board Member of the Emirates Scholar Centre for Research and Studies, and Dr Firas Habbal, President and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, conducted a workshop titled “Success Toolkit”. The session targeted both undergraduate and postgraduate students, focusing on enhancing academic performance, time management, and readiness for professional environments.
The Habbal brothers also led a well-received session titled “AI for Academic Research”, introducing students to AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Research Rabbit. Participants learned how artificial intelligence can assist with data analysis, idea generation, and academic writing—while also discussing the ethical use of AI and the importance of maintaining research integrity.
Another informative session guided students through emerging academic disciplines, including data science, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy engineering. This workshop encouraged attendees to align their academic paths with their interests and future job market trends, offering practical insights into integrating traditional learning with next-generation skills.
The final workshop of the exhibition focused on fostering a growth mindset, helping students understand the importance of optimism, resilience, and lifelong learning. The session encouraged participants to embrace challenges, adapt to change, and see failures as opportunities for growth—a crucial perspective for academic and personal development.
