Sheikh Hamdan asserted that developing the UAE’s integrated defence capabilities is a national priority. He stressed investing in people, equipping them with knowledge, skills, and technology to ensure readiness for all challenges.
Enhancing operational preparedness
The Defence Council reiterated its commitment to advancing programmes and projects aimed at boosting operational preparedness and incorporating cutting‑edge innovations. Support for the armed forces remains a cornerstone, with a goal for them to remain a global model of efficiency and adaptability.

The meeting also reviewed the progress of various programmes and projects focused on strengthening defence capabilities and modernising the defence sector across the board.
