Abu Dhabi court jails man 10 years for child assault

Sharjah 24 – WAM: The Abu Dhabi Criminal Court sentenced a man accused of assault by force to 10 years in prison after it was proven that he assaulted a child inside his private vehicle. The court also banned him from residing near the victim's residence after completing his sentence.

Conviction based on evidence and reports

Based on the evidence and documented technical reports presented to the court, the defendant was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison. The court also ordered the confiscation of the vehicle used in the crime and prohibited him from residing within a five-kilometer radius of the victim’s home following his release.
