This award adds to a consistent record of achievement. In 2023, SLC received multiple honors in core financial categories. These successes highlight the Club’s strong financial foundations and the Finance Department’s role in driving both individual excellence and organisational growth.
On the occasion, Thuraya Jalal commented: “Receiving this award reflects the teamwork and shared commitment that drives our Finance Department forward. It’s also a result of the vision and support of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, Chairperson of Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC), who has always championed a culture of excellence and accountability. We remain focused on strengthening our financial governance, building trusted partnerships, and creating an institutional impact in alignment with the Club’s strategic goals.”
Beyond individual recognition, this award reinforces SLC’s reputation as a trusted institution, that continues to build credibility through transparency, accountability, and strong financial governance. These qualities continue to attract strategic partnerships and strengthen its institutional standing.
Established as a beacon of women empowerment in Sharjah, SLC has been committed to providing a safe and inspiring space for women and children, helping them feel more empowered at the same time as caring for their physical and mental health.
