Participants submitted practical projects addressing six strategic sectors: health, education, economy, quality of life, tourism, infrastructure, and community development.

A legacy of leadership development

Launched in 2017, the programme builds on the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed to develop leaders who champion innovation and lead transformational change. Since 2003, the MBRCLD has delivered impactful programmes to cultivate adaptable, forward-looking leaders ready to meet future challenges.
