The fifth meeting of the Senior Leadership Council of Sharjah Police for 2025 was chaired by Major General Abdullah Mubarak Bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police. The meeting was attended by council members, department directors, police station heads, and a number of specially trained officers. It focused on strengthening institutional performance and elevating the quality of security and community services through the review of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Digital platforms and client satisfaction

The agenda highlighted the "Hassadat Al Saada" (Happiness Harvester) initiative, which examined statistical data and performance indicators related to customer happiness and service quality. The meeting also reviewed efforts in improving service delivery channels and increasing the efficiency of digital and interactive platforms, with the goal of enriching the user experience and anticipating client demands.

Decentralised security points

The council also discussed the entire traffic plan for Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha (Grand Eid), which aims to increase road safety and maintain smooth traffic flow during the holiday season. Another topic of discussion was the implementation of the "Security Points" plan, which involves small police units strategically deployed throughout critical areas in Sharjah to increase security presence and ensure swift, effective delivery of police services.

At the end of the meeting, the council emphasised the importance of continuing with an integrated approach that advances leadership in security services and aligns with government efforts to build high-performing, adaptable institutions.
