"Make it in the Emirates" to host 700 entities at ADNEC

Sharjah 24: In the presence of His Excellency Dr Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Office and Chairman of the Emirates Media Council, His Excellency Osama Amir Fadl, Assistant Undersecretary for the Industrial Accelerators Sector at the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, announced the details of the fourth edition of the "Make it in the Emirates" platform during a press conference held Thursday at the Influencers' Headquarters in Emirates Towers, Dubai.

The event will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from May 19 to 22, 2025, and will feature participation from more than 700 national and federal entities, marking the platform’s largest edition to date.

Press conference reveals details of the upcoming edition

The press conference, held in Dubai, was attended by key government leaders and highlighted the strategic importance of the event. Organised by the ADNEC Group in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the event underscores the growing momentum behind the UAE’s industrial sector and its role in supporting national development.

A landmark platform for industry and innovation

His Excellency Osama Amir Fadl explained that the upcoming edition will span 50,000 square meters and host over 700 government and private sector entities. It is set to be the country’s most prominent industrial gathering, offering a unified platform for public-private collaboration.

Four key themes to guide the event

The platform will focus on four central themes: the future of Emirati industry, support for national products, Artificial intelligence and advanced technology, and the role of youth and women in the sector, along with international partnerships to expand export potential.

These themes reflect the country’s strategic industrial goals and its commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth.

A national programme for economic integration

His Excellency emphasised that "Make it in the Emirates"has evolved beyond an annual event into a comprehensive national initiative aimed at integrating the industrial ecosystem, accelerating sector growth, and building an innovation- and knowledge-driven economy.

In closing, His Excellency Osama Amir invited investors, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals to attend the platform and engage in its programs. He stressed that the event offers an unparalleled opportunity to form strategic partnerships and tap into the UAE’s vision for future-ready manufacturing.
