“Organisational Structures Committee” discusses SMA structure

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Member of Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), Chairman of Sharjah Human Resources Department (SHRD), and Chairman of Sharjah Government’s Organisational Structures Committee, chaired the committee's regular meeting, attended by its members.

The meeting reviewed the organisational structure of Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), in the presence of Her Excellency Aisha Deemas, Director General of the Authority.

Supporting government agencies

The proposed organisational structure and the role of the various units in achieving the objectives set forth in the Authority's organisational law were discussed, affirming its pivotal and effective contribution to the management of Sharjah's museums.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Zaabi emphasised the importance of supporting government agencies and enhancing their capabilities to achieve their strategic objectives in accordance with the leadership's vision.

Developing organisational structures according to the latest standards

Al Zaabi noted that the committee adopts a comprehensive methodology to evaluate proposals for developing organisational structures in accordance with the latest standards, enabling government agencies to exercise their responsibilities in the best possible manner and achieve the highest levels of institutional performance.
