SCRF attracts partners to reinforce its cultural impact

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Book Authority (SBA) has unveiled a top-tier lineup of sponsors and partners for the 16th edition of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival (SCRF 2025), underlining the event’s growing cultural influence on a global scale. Running till May 4 at Expo Centre Sharjah, and themed "Dive into Books", this year’s edition will deliver a rich programme of cultural events, interactive workshops, thought-provoking panel discussions, and a diverse showcase of the latest titles in Arabic and other languages.
Leading organisations and companies from sectors including telecommunications, media, investment, tourism, and the economy are supporting this year’s edition. These include du as the official telecommunications partner, Sharjah Broadcasting Authority as the official media partner, Invest Bank as the banking partner, Abu Dhabi Media Network as a media partner, Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority as the tourism partner, and Sharjah Cooperative Society as the partner of the Cookery Corner. The event also features technical partners Wacom and HP.

Khoula Al Mujaini, General Coordinator of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival, expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the support provided by the partners. This year, the Sharjah Children's Reading Festival presents more than 1,024 artistic, cultural, and entertainment activities, including over 600 workshops, 85 theatrical and roaming shows, 85 culinary workshops, and 30 live cooking shows. The festival also hosts 133 guests from 70 countries, including a distinguished group of international authors and illustrators, and features the participation of 122 publishing houses from 22 countries.
