Sharjah24: Mansour Al Hassani, General Coordinator of Professional Conferences at the Sharjah Book Authority, announced the launch of the Sharjah School Librarians Conference (SSLC) , in collaboration with the American Library Association, affirming that approximately 150 school librarians from schools across the UAE are participating in the event.
According to Al Hassani, the conference kicked off on Tuesday at the Sharjah Expo Center and will take place over two days. It features keynote speeches from speakers and experts, as well as workshops designed to equip school librarians with the latest technologies and practices used worldwide. This initiative aims to benefit students in UAE schools, with the goal of enhancing school libraries in the Emirates.
