Sharjah warehouse fire quickly contained, no injuries

Sharjah 24: A fire broke out earlier today, Sunday, in a fruit and vegetable warehouse located in Sharjah’s Industrial Area 15. The warehouse contained refrigerators used for cooling produce. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Quick response by civil defence teams

According to the Sharjah Civil Defence Authority, the operations room received a report at 1:27 PM. Specialised firefighting teams were immediately dispatched to the site and managed to contain the fire within minutes of arrival.

Fire contained and site secured

The Authority confirmed that the operation was conducted with high professionalism, successfully preventing the fire from spreading to neighbouring warehouses. All necessary safety measures were taken to fully secure the site after the fire was extinguished.
