Organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), this year’s edition recorded a significant visitor turnout. Thousands of visitors flocked to Expo Sharjah to enjoy the exhibition’s festive Ramadan ambience and take advantage of major discounts of up to 75 percent on a wide range of products introduced by leading international and local brands.
The exhibition, which ran from March 6 to 30, featured the participation of over 200 exhibitors from major retailers and more than 500 renowned brands, showcasing a diverse range of products.
Featured products spanned perfumes, cosmetics, personal care items, electronics, home appliances, furniture, interior decor, textiles, fashion, sportswear and equipment, stationery, food products, flowers, children's toys, and jewellery.
This year’s exhibition delivered sales figures surpassing exhibitors' expectations, successfully playing a pivotal role in the revitalisation of commercial and retail activity. The agenda was filled with compelling shopping promotions and an engaging lineup of entertainment activities.
Key highlights included the Iftar Corner, which provided an authentic culinary experience featuring local, regional, and international delicacies. Another attraction was the Kids' Corner which offered a variety of recreational activities and fun games for younger visitors, in addition to daily showcases of traditional craftsmanship.
His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, expressed his gratitude to the Sharjah Chamber for its unwavering support of the Centre’s events, particularly the "Ramadan Nights" exhibition.
He highlighted the exhibition’s role as a comprehensive family shopping and entertainment destination during the holy month, offering an extensive selection of products and services tailored to meet the varied preferences and demands of visitors.
“As a flagship annual event within Expo Centre Sharjah’s portfolio, the Ramadan Nights Exhibition plays a pivotal role in reinforcing Sharjah’s position as a leading economic and tourism destination. This aligns with the strategic vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at achieving sustainable development across all social and economic sectors in the emirate,” Al Midfa added.
The Heritage Village served as a key attraction for visitors, offering a unique blend of shopping and cultural experiences and entertainment activities. With an engaging programme that showcased Emirati traditions and rich cultural heritage, the Village featured a variety of captivating folk-art performances and interactive heritage-focused competitions, further enriching the visitor experience and enhancing the exhibition’s appeal.
Furthermore, the exhibits presented by homegrown businesses and small-sized enterprises captivated residents and visitors alike, who indulged in a variety of traditional Emirati dishes, authentic Ramadan specialties, and refreshing beverages.
The exhibition also featured an exciting array of cultural performances and live competitions, offering attendees the chance to participate and win exciting prizes and giveaways throughout the exhibition.
Spanning over 16,000 square metres, this year’s edition of Ramadan Nights Exhibition stood out as a key event that seamlessly offered a unique blend of immersive shopping experiences, heritage-themed programmes, and fun-filled activities. Its success reaffirmed its status as a premier annual destination during the holy month, driving economic activity while celebrating authentic Emirati heritage.
The exhibition also provided valuable support to homegrown businesses and artisans, showcasing a diverse range of handcrafted products, traditional garments, incense, perfumes, heritage accessories, woven handicrafts, antique coins, and fishing tools.
