Sharjah Club concludes Abdulrahim Jani Football Championship

Sharjah 24: Khalid Issa Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Club, attended the closing ceremony of the Abdulrahim Jani Football Championship, held over three days at Sharjah and Khalid bin Mohammed stadiums. The event featured 12 youth teams from the club’s age groups.

During the ceremony, Al Midfa awarded medals to the winning teams in the presence of Badr Jani, Abdulmalik Jani, and the late Abdulrahim Jani's family, as well as members of the organizing committee, including Dr. Ibrahim Khalil, Ridha Abbas, and Jamal Al Midfa.

Tribute to Abdulrahim Jani

The tournament, which celebrated the late Abdulrahim Jani’s 56-year contribution to Emirati football, was praised for its technical level. Abdulmalik Jani, representing his family, thanked Sharjah Club for this tribute and emphasized the importance of commemorating key figures in the club’s history.
