Napoli secures draw against Inter Milan in Italian League

Sharjah 24 – AFP: The top-of-the-table clash in the 27th round of the Italian League between Napoli and Inter Milan ended in a 1-1 draw.

Napoli fights for a draw

Second-placed Napoli managed to secure a tough 1-1 draw against leaders Inter Milan. This result keeps Napoli just one point behind Inter, who remain at the top with 58 points, while Napoli has 57. Atalanta, in third place, has 55 points.

Inter's early advantage and Napoli's equaliser

Inter took the lead in the 22nd minute through Federico Di Marco’s free kick. Napoli responded in the second half, with Danish substitute Philip Billing scoring the equalizer in the 87th minute after a rebound from Inter goalkeeper Martinez.

Atalanta wastes more points

Atalanta, in their match against Venezia, dropped more points by finishing in a goalless draw. Atalanta has now failed to win at home in their last five matches, damaging their title hopes.
