Sharjah 24 – WAM: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has announced its complete preparedness for the Umrah season during the holy month of Ramadan, focusing on ensuring the safety and comfort of UAE nationals traveling abroad.

Comprehensive support and real-time assistance

MoFA has implemented a comprehensive plan to provide UAE nationals with high levels of support and real-time assistance during their Umrah journey. The Ministry offers advanced digital services via its official website and the UAE MoFA mobile app, enabling easy transactions and immediate emergency responses.

Travel precautions and essential guidelines

To ensure a smooth travel experience, MoFA urges citizens to take precautions, such as obtaining the seasonal flu vaccine and securing electronic copies of essential travel documents. The Ministry also encourages travelers to review the Umrah Pilgrim Guide, available on its website and app, for essential travel information and destination guidelines.

Enhanced services for senior citizens and people of determination

MoFA has also improved its services for senior citizens and people of determination by allowing family members to register them for the Twajudi service, ensuring dedicated support teams for their well-being throughout the journey.
