Users can get quick responses by visiting the department’s website, where the advisor uses a knowledge database to provide accurate information. This means people can find the help they need at any time without waiting.
“With a Touch We Reach” service is specifically designed for elderly or bedridden individuals. Users can easily request assistance through WhatsApp, and the system quickly identifies their location to ensure prompt service.
“Don’t Worry… We Are Your Aid” aims at families impacted by crises or natural disasters, this project enables families to request help via WhatsApp. The department then provides essential food supplies and support, ensuring fast and efficient service.
“Social Monitoring” is a system that helps the department to analyze social studies related to the assistance it provides. By monitoring important statistics, the department can identify challenges and develop solutions to better support those in need.
“My Performance” initiative focuses on enhancing the productivity of department employees. It uses an electronic system to track employee achievements throughout the year, making it easier to evaluate performance and improve efficiency while reducing the workload for managers.
