These memoranda aim to enhance academic and research cooperation, exchange expertise and studies, develop joint scientific research, and encourage the participation of students and faculty members in scientific activities, in a way that enhances scientific and cultural communication between the two sides, and benefits from AQU experience in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
Prof. Dr. Awad Al Khalaf, Chancellor of Al Qasimia University, discussed during fruitful academic visits ways to enhance academic cooperation and scientific exchange with a number of universities in Uzbekistan, including Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and Samarkand State University, in the presence of officials from both universities and Dr. Zakaria Nouh, Director of International Relations and Student Recruitment at AQU.
Professor Awad Al Khalaf expressed his happiness at signing these memoranda, pointing out the importance of enhancing scientific cooperation with international universities to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in integration between universities with common interests to advance the educational process.
Al Khalaf added that partnerships contribute to developing the scientific research system, spreading the Arabic language to non-native speakers, and exchanging academic scientific expertise, which reflects the university's commitment to promoting dialogue between cultures, expanding the horizons of academic cooperation, and achieving the message and vision of Al Qasimia University as a global multicultural academic beacon.
