Nahyan bin Zayed inaugurates Burjeel Orthopedic Institute

His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan inaugurated the Burjeel Orthopedic Institute at Burjeel Medical City (BMC), a leading healthcare facility under Burjeel Holdings. The institute, which offers services in orthopedic medicine, surgery, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and bone cancer treatment, is led by Emirati medical experts. During the event, Sheikh Nahyan toured the institute, familiarizing himself with its advanced medical technologies and equipment. The ceremony was attended by key figures from Burjeel Holdings and the healthcare sector, including Omran Al Khoori, John Sunil, and Dr. Mohammed Qaddoura.

Comprehensive orthopedic services for all ages

The Burjeel Orthopedic Institute, led by Emirati medical experts, offers a wide range of services for both adults and children, including orthopedic medicine, surgery, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and bone cancer treatment.

Tour of the institute and meeting with medical team

Sheikh Nahyan toured the institute, where he explored advanced medical technologies and state-of-the-art equipment. He also met with the medical team to learn more about the services offered at the institute.

The inauguration event was attended by prominent figures, including Omran Al Khoori, Member of the Board of Directors of Burjeel Holdings; John Sunil, Group CEO of Burjeel Holdings; Dr. Mohammed Qaddoura, COO of Burjeel Holdings for Abu Dhabi and Oman; and Dr. Mujtaba Ali Khan, CEO of BMC.

Also present were Dr. Muhammed Ateeq Al Falahi, Director-General of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and Dr. Rashed Obaid Alsuwaidi, Executive Director of Healthcare Workforce Planning at the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi.
