Alef Group achieves over AED 2.4 billion in sales in 2024

Significant progress in development projects
Alef Group’s flagship development, Al Mamsha, made impressive strides in 2024, with 2,322 residential units delivered within this fully integrated community, marking a key milestone in its growth.

Additionally, 20 buildings were completed within the project, underscoring the group’s commitment to timely delivery and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Meanwhile, in the Hayyan project, Alef Group continued to achieve strong sales, particularly in the Areem and Alma neighborhoods. This success led to the launch of the new Samar neighbourhood, designed to meet the increasing demand for upscale, sustainable residential communities offering a holistic living experience.
