SP concludes outstanding participation in Dawahi 13 Festival

Sharjah24: As part of its commitment to strengthening community engagement, the Sharjah Police General Command successfully concluded its participation in the "Dawahi 13" Festival, organised by the Department of Districts Affairs in Sharjah, held at Al Qarayen Park 4.

More than 14 activities aimed at raising awareness and specialised workshops were part of the participation, complemented by a lineup of family-friendly entertainment shows. The events achieved considerable interest, as the Sharjah Police pavilion welcomed over 6,000 visitors.

The activities included a variety of interactive exhibits and purposeful workshops aimed at promoting security awareness, fostering positive thinking, instilling constructive behaviors, enhancing national identity, respecting family values, and preserving the authentic Emirati heritage and traditions.

This initiative highlights Sharjah Police’s dedication to fostering a safe, informed, and cohesive community through meaningful and engaging programs.

Engaging activities and awareness programs

Notably, the events included specialised seminars on road safety and cybersecurity, with distinguished participation from the Forensic Laboratory, the military band of the Sharjah Police Academy, and the Sharjah Driving Institute. Additionally, the K9 police dog shows added an enjoyable blend of awareness and entertainment, while the "Little Policeman" cartoon character delivered educational segments to enhance public security awareness.
