Sharjah24: Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) implemented the training programme "Certified Professional Trainer," which targets employees of the Sharjah government from various entities, institutions, and departments to prepare them as professional trainers.
The programme held at the Centro Sharjah Hotel, with the participation of 15 employees, and includes six main pillars related to the training process and the fundamentals and principles of training.

The programme aims to equip participants according to global standards, enabling them, upon completing their graduation project, to obtain a Professional Trainer certificate from the British Board and a two-year global membership.

It targets new trainers, training and development officers, consultants, lecturers, managers, leaders, and those interested in the field of education, seeking to enhance their skills and develop their capabilities in knowledge transfer and positively influencing trainees.

The programme covers six pillars, including preparation and foundational training principles, advanced training skills development, modern training techniques, and designing training packages.

Additionally, the programme focuses on  public speaking and effective communication through an interactive session on these skills.

SDHR aims to equip national cadres with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the rapidly evolving needs of various specialised training programmes that serve different sectors in the community.
