SCC discusses a draft law on military personnel benefits

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) will hold its fifth meeting, on Thursday, December 12, as part of the second regular session of the eleventh legislative term, at its headquarters in Sharjah, headed by His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Council.

After ratifying the minutes of the fourth meeting, the agenda includes the Council's discussion of a draft law on pension and end-of-service benefits for military personnel, in regular bodies, in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The meeting will be attended by His Excellency Major General Abdullah bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police; Advisor Dr. Issa bin Hanzel, Director of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah, and their assistants.
