Sharjah beats Tajikistan's Istiklol in AFC Champions

Sharjah24: Sharjah claimed victory over its Tajik rivals, Istiklol Dushanbe, with a score of 3-1 today at the Sharjah Club Stadium during the fifth round of Group 3 in the AFC Champions League 2.

With this win, Sharjah's points tally has risen to 10, putting them on par with Jordan's Al-Wahdat, who are also in action against Sepahan from Iran today.

The goals for Sharjah came courtesy of Luan Pereira in the 21st minute, Ousmane Camara in the 30th minute, and Caio Lucas, who netted from the penalty spot in the 58th minute.

The Tajik side managed to score through Ekhson Pandzhshanbe in the 24th minute.
