Sharjah 24: Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC Free Zone) has entered into a two-year strategic partnership with Emirates NBD, one of the leading banking groups in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. This collaboration is designed to further enhance the investment advantages that have attracted over 11,700 startups globally to establish and expand their businesses in the region.

The partnership was officially announced during the 43rd edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair, where Saif Al Suwaidi, Director of Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and Rohit Garg, Head of Business Banking at Emirates NBD, signed the memorandum of understanding. The collaboration is part of Sharjah Publishing City’s ongoing commitment to providing a globally connected, tax-free platform for businesses in the publishing, printing, and distribution sectors.

Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone has introduced several initiatives to improve customer service, such as 24/7 support and a guarantee of opening commercial bank accounts within three business days. These efforts are designed to simplify the process of establishing businesses and reinforce Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone’s role as a regional hub for trade and innovation.
