Sharjah 24: Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Chairman of the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), announced Thursday that the department will participate in the Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF) held at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, with the aim of promoting sustainable development and attracting new investments to the emirate.
He emphasised the significance of the department's involvement in the seventh edition of the Sharjah Investment Forum, noting that the forum aims to bolster efforts toward achieving sustainable development goals and attracting new investments to the emirate.
Speaking to "Sharjah 24," Al Mahmoud highlighted that the department aims to strengthen existing investments in Sharjah through its participation. He noted that the forum serves as a vital platform for engaging with investors and business leaders from around the world, offering new investment opportunities that align with Sharjah's economic vision and enhance the business environment in the emirate.
Al Mahmoud explained that the department is focused on creating an economic environment in Sharjah that attracts more investments. This involves implementing policies and offering advanced services that simplify procedures for investors and stimulate economic growth, all in alignment with the emirate's vision to enhance economic sustainability and support a smart economy.
