He was briefed on the efforts made by the authority to support the security work system, which achieves the highest levels of security and safety at the country’s ports and borders, in accordance with the vision and directives of the wise leadership.
The Deputy Ruler of Sharjah listened to an explanation of the future plans, strategies and most prominent challenges to develop the level of services at the land, sea and air ports of the Emirate of Sharjah, and the facilities provided by the authority in cooperation with the local departments and authorities in the Emirate, which benefit citizens, residents, visitors and tourists, and aim to enhance the country's tourism status, in addition to supporting the national economy and protecting society.
The reception was attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Seaports, Customs and Free Zones Authority, Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah International Airport Authority, Major General Arif Mohammed Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, and a number of officials.
